In the event of any inconsistency between these supplemental terms and any general policies, these supplemental terms will govern with respect to this web page. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Ready Campaign developed this application and is making it available on the Ad Council's Web site to assist you in creating your comprehensive family emergency plan. The session you initiate through this application is encrypted and temporarily retained on the web host to assist you in the development of your emergency plan. None of the data you provide outside of your session ID will be sent to the Department of Homeland Security or to the application server. All of the personal data you enter will be immediately deleted from your computer once your plan is completed, if you close your Web browser, if you click the ("Home", "Reload/Refresh", or "Close/Exit" buttons in your web browser), or if you leave the application idle for 10 minutes. Your session ID will also be removed from the web server immediately after you complete the application process, and immediately if you exit the application or click on "Start Over" or "Finish". This application uses session cookies that are only stored on your computer for storing your personal information. None of the personal data you enter, is stored outside of your own computer or sent to DHS or Ad Council web servers. The application also uses Adobe Flash and JavaScript to help you in the process of creating your Family Emergency Plan. Once you close your web browser all cookies and session IDs related to the Family Emergency Plan Application will be deleted immediately
